March 15 – Your Steps are Ordered
Psalm 37:23-24 – "The Lord makes firm the steps
of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for
the Lord upholds him with his hand."
Reflection: Even if you feel unsure of your footing,
trust that God is guiding your path and will not let you fall.
Psalm 37, written by King David, is a powerful
message about trusting in God’s guidance and faithfulness. It reassures
believers that God directs their steps and keeps them steady, even in
uncertain times.
In Psalm 37:23-24, David declares:
- "The
Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in Him." –
Those who trust and follow God will find that He directs their
path and secures their footing.
- "Though
he may stumble, he will not fall." – Everyone faces struggles
and setbacks, but God does not let His faithful ones be destroyed.
- "For
the Lord upholds him with His hand." – Even when we feel weak or
unsteady, God is holding onto us, giving strength and stability.
This passage is a reminder that God’s guidance is
constant, even when the path is difficult.
